Nathan Drake | Uncharted / HP AU
[You'd think.
[No, Nate's still sneaking along the hallways, occasionally ducking into a classroom to consult a small notebook where, over the years, he's built up a list of Filch and the other teachers' usual nighttime routes. He seems to be heading towards the library...]

HIIEEEE! [He points his trembling wand around until he spots the armor with the helmet fallen off]
H....ha ha ha ha. I knew it was you. It would take more than armor to frighten the Great Wizard Usopp. Take that! [Kicks the helmet then yelps and jumps up and down on one foot. That thing is hard!]

[Yes, yes they are.]
[Anyone want to try to steal a feather and/or befriend the strange looking phoenix?]

Milagro Reyes | DC Comics / HP AU
But that staircase's kind of ridiculous, and it flipped on her when she wasn't looking! So Milagro stares at the hallway in front of her (and all of those big kids passing by her) before she folds her arms and huffs.]

Espio CASTELL | Sonic UK comic | HPAU
Right then!
[Espio's favourite thing: disillusionment charms. Charms aren't exactly his thing, to be honest, but disillusionment charms are fantastic. Near-invisibility? HELLS YEAH. Perfect for an aspiring Auror.
But the thing is, when practicing, he tends to disillusion things other than himself. Leading to the following problem on this surprisingly warm September weekend, when near the lake is the best place to sit and do all your work?]
Where the hell is my potions essay?! I'm not doing it again, Snape or no Snape!

[Oh hey, it's... that strange kid who had a panic attack in the middle of the hall there a few days ago. They actually let him out of the crazy hut already?

Akira Touya (western order) | Hikaru no Go
And the game wasn't even that popular or well known here. Still without a proper board, he'd been unable to give real lessons to the few others that expressed interest in it. Instead, he had immersed himself in his classes. Forcing himself to believe such things that made no logical sense was hard at first, and it still made him twinge with disbelief at times, but he was getting used to it. But he still sorely missed his game and playing others.
There was snow on the ground and so he had come outside to the school grounds. He didn't really have a favorite season, but he had good memories whenever it snowed. It was cold, but he was dressed warmly, and the sun on his face provided some extra warmth, however slight. He had managed to collect some small stones, half dark and half light, and he drew a grid in the snow. He'd recreate a game, then simply enjoy the feel of the snow beneath him and let his mind wander back to the moments he'd been like this at home.
Home.
A mild sickness rushed through him. He missed home; the normalcy of it, Go, his parents... his life.]
((OOC: Feel free to catch him before, during or after his recreation of the game. If you want to bug him, go for it. Want to throw a snowball at him because he looks too quiet? Sure! Want to ask him to show about the game? All for it! I'm open for anything.
Also, he'd be in Ravenclaw for this test drive. He'd be in 5th year I believe.))

Hmm. I think I'll build a snow sculpture. [No, he's not speaking conspicuously loud at all! Really.] I'm thinking-- the Lady of the Sea. [Like the picture he'd seen once of a woman on a clam shell]
Of course I could use my wand, but considering I was an expert at snow sculptures before I even came here, it won't be a problem to do it by hand. [Just to let anyone who miiight be in hearing range know that he's talented in more than one field. He'll just crouch and start gathering and packing the snow for a base]
Yep, I was the grand champion of snow building at home. I only stopped because--heh-- well if I didn't, no one else would get a chance to win! And anyway, I just love to build. I'm not really a competitive person. I just entered because they begged me. They were all [twines fingers together and pretends to be a fangirl] Oh, Usopp-sama! Please! We want to see your beautiful sculptures.
So of course I told them:
[Puts both hands on hips in manlipose of manliness]
I will do it, not for myself [He points dramatically] but for my adoring public!
[and then he miiight glance your way to gauge interest]
how old is he?
16

Samantha Grey | OC
She had a period after her classes where she didn't have anywhere to be and no homework. They'd said no flying in the hallways, but the grounds were supposed to be ok as long as you didn't fly into any of the off-limits areas. She walked out into the grounds and extended her wings gently, flapping one and then the other. With a great series of beats, she tried to lift herself upwards, succeeding only in getting her body a few feet off of the ground. The strain was obvious in her features.
After all, she'd never really done much flying at home.
no subject
[The cheerful comment comes from a fairly tall man standing off to the side, though it was pretty clear he had the same "problem" as Samantha, if accounting that his wings were white and fluffy.]
You haven't tried flying before, I take it?

April | Pokemon Nuzlocke AU
April was the odd-man out this class, and has no partner. See her squinting carefully into her cauldron, before tentatively raising her bottle of Lethe River Water -
OH SHIT OH GOD IT'S POURING OUT SO FAST and before she knows it, she has like 4 times as much as the recipe called for poured in there.
And now something is slowly peaking up from the middle. Not bubbling - just rising, like a handkerchief being picked up from the middle. April stares in horror. Then turns in her seat to the person behind her.]
I think ... my potion is alive.
[She then shoots a glance across the room at Snape. His back is turned. Clearly, she expects your help to fix it by the time he gets back on this side of the room. ARE YOU A BAD ENOUGH DUDE TO SAVE THE POTION?]

Vaati | The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap/OU
However......the idea of sneaking into the library in the dead of the night was too good to resist. He would be able to 'borrow' something from the Restricted Section without a meddlesome librarian breathing down his back or telling him he's 'much too young' to read a book so 'complicated.'
Perfect.]
no subject
But as there was no one else in the common room that night and Link really didn't want to deal with the homework he'd been assigned (all those essays were especially difficult for him because he was still learning to read and write properly), Link decided to take a break from it all and follow Vaati. See what the kid was up to and if it was interesting.
When Vaati stopped walking, clearly hesitant and unsure, Link - all three feet of him - came up behind the self important mage and whispered:]
If you just stand there, Mister Filtch and Miss Norris will find you.

Korra - Legend of Korra
Truthfully it was her favorite so far, but still. "Defense Against the Dark Arts...?" Pfft! Much more useful would be "Offense Against the Dark Arts." Sitting here doing nothing was the least appealing thing on her mind right now. There were messed up things back home, messed up things here, and here she was.
Studying.
For some stupid test.
